Patent Scenario and Patentability Criteria in India

One day Seminar at Chennai on 15th December, 2007

at Green Park Hotel, 183 NSK Salai, Vadapalani, Chennai.

 

The Patent Gurukul will hold the first of its Patent Seminar events in Chennai at the Green Park Hotel, Chennai on the 15th December 2007.  Headed by Dr. Gopakumar G. Nair, Patent Gurukul based in Mumbai, organizes exhaustive and far reaching patent lectures and course modules across the country. The present Patent Seminar is aimed towards creating Patent awareness, IP/ Patent Proficiency in India and also to prepare the young technical and legal professionals in the country for facing, utilizing and benefiting from the emerging IP/ Patents scenario in India as well as globally. An overview of the current Intellectual Property /Patent scenario in the country will be presented in the proposed Seminar as above.

 

The Seminar is directed towards science, engineering, law graduates and technical professionals in the industry, IP/ Patent practice and academia.  Law students and legal practitioners will also be immensely benefited by participating in the proposed Seminar.
